| Themed Dinners Following the recent Deerfield dinner several people expressed an interest in a series of small themed wine dinners. I have therefore reached agreement with Port O’Call restaurant to hold four wine dinners at their Bistro J on Thursday 25th September 2003, Thursday 27th November 2003, Thursday 29th January 2004 and Thursday 25th March 2004. Each dinner will match food with wine from a particular region and consist of four courses and four wines. This is not intended to be a fancy dinner but rather a get-together of friends and wine lovers in a pleasant environment and at a reasonable cost. The dinners will be priced at $85 per person (inclusive of service) or $320 for the series of four. People who sign up for the whole series will have priority and tickets will be transferable. Numbers will be limited to 32 people each time consisting of four tables of 8 so hopefully everyone will get a chance to meet new people as well as enjoying an excellent dinner. I will be on hand to give some background on the wines. The proposed lineup is as follows: 25th September
