Deerfield Ranch Winemaker’s Dinner
Fourways Inn - Saturday 7th June 2003

This year’s event will be held at Fourways Inn on Saturday, 7th June commencing at 7:00 pm. The menu is currently being finalized but will consist of four courses and a cheese plate.

The proceedings will start with a champagne reception in either the Peg Leg Bar or on the terrace from 7 – 7:30 pm. The food will be accompanied by the following wines, all among the best Deerfield has to offer, :

• Chardonnay (Laube Vineyard) 2000
• Pinot Noir (Cohn Vineyard) 2000
• Syrah (Ladi’s Vineyard) 2000
• Merlot (Russian River Valley) 1997

Tickets this year will be $110 per person inclusive. As usual Robert and PJ will be in attendance to talk about the wines.
