A Grand Cru Burgundy wine dinner will be held at Le Figaro on Thursday 1st February 2001.  The evening will start from 7 pm with a glass of champagne with dinner commencing at 7:30 pm.

5 wines, all grand crus of course, will be served (2 whites and 3 reds) and matched with food.  I will provide some commentary.

Tickets at $130 per person inclusive of gratuities.  Numbers are limited to 30.
